Refund Policy
At YAKÉVA, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that issues can sometimes arise, and we are here to make things right. While we don’t offer returns due to its perishable nature, we do offer refunds in certain cases to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our refund Policies carefully.
No Return Policy
We’re dedicated to providing you with the best products, and because of the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Once your order has been delivered, it’s yours to enjoy! We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Refunds
While we do not accept returns, we offer refunds under certain circumstances. If your product arrives damaged, or defective, or has a problem with the order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
- Photos or documentation of the damage/defect
Once we have reviewed your claim and verified the issue, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect orders due to customer error
